It is written from Anna’s point of view. She is a likeable main character, a professional woman who runs an internal monologue of thoughts alongside the plot’s action and dialogue. This adds to the humour. I recommend this book to anyone who is, or has ever had contact with solicitors; anyone who has ever wondered what it might be like to be a solicitor… oh yes, and anyone who enjoys a really funny read.’
